I’m still learning about blogging and promise to eventually learn how to postpone a publishing time so Snapshot Sundays will always have a post and not skip weeks. For now, I’ll just put out another apology that there was not a post last week. This is what we were up to…
Bidwell Bark was last weekend. This is Chico’s largest pet friendly family event. This year was also well attended and Harley’s Story was able to be there too!
Natalie and her dad came to help out for a while, though the photo is Natalie, Denton and myself… 🙂
If you’ve read Harley’s Story, you’ll remember Otis. Harley’s furry friend who is blind and deaf. He has his own book called, “Odd Otis”, written by his hoomans (dog for humans) it is the story of his journey to his forever home.
Odie, who was at the “Harley’s Story” first signing as a special needs resuce looking for his forever home has found it in Caitlin. We are so happy for both of them!! Look for them to appear in the next Harley’s Story.
And the mascot…. Dr. McMutt and I were lucky enough to get a photo op with the star.
Special thanks to Butte Humane Society for letting us be part of this great event!!!
Finally, I thought I’d show a personal photo. This is what Denton and I were up to last Sunday (our cousin Josh’s wedding to Lisa) when I should have been posting a “Snapshot Sundays” 🙂
Unfortunately I needed to rest this weekend so although Team Harley’s Story raised money for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, we were unable to make the walk this week… It looked like a lot of fun and we’ll definitely be there next year to support this amazing cause.
