Shipping Policy

Please be assured that we will contact you within 2 days of purchase.

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we may not be able to ship to P.O. Boxes.

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization, verification and (if applicable) information you’ll provide regarding who you’d like your book autographed to must be received prior to processing.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS:

1. We have a fixed flat rate for shipping via Priority Mail of $5.75
2. If you live in the Central Valley, please choose local pick up as your preferred shipping method and we will contact you to make arrangements for a local pick up.
3. If you live outside of the US and are interested in purchasing an autographed copy of Harley’s Story, please contact us at denisesdogdish@gmail.com so we can discuss shipping costs.

RETURNS:

All Sales are final. We cannot accept returns of our autographed products.  You agree to this at checkout.
